Divisions 6, 7 & 8 in the RM of Kindersley #290 are limited to 10 ton until further notice. All other Divisions are open to fluid haulers and farmers.
No rig or frac moves at this time unless they have received prior approval by the Bylaw Officer.

As of 6:00AM on July 20th – All Divisions in the RM of Kindersley #290 are open to primary weights.
Lease roads are very soft and no mud is to be brought up onto grid roads.

Road Update – July 18th
Full road bans are in effect to 10 tonne or less in all Divisions of the RM of Kindersley #290.
Notice of Road Construction – Grid Road 657
The Grid Road 657 North of HWY 7 to TWP 310 will be under construction for the months of July & August.
It will remain open only to local traffic and you should expect delays. Please follow any posted signage no exceptions.
During any inclement weather it will be closed to ALL traffic.

All roads in the RM of Kindersley #290 west of HWY 21 are now at primary weights on high grade roads only. East of HWY 21 is still under the 10 tonne restrictions.

Road Update – June 12th, 2023
Updates for Divisions 6 & 10:
Div 10 – Due to heavy rainfall the following roads are restricted to 10 tonne and below. Dewar Lake Rd north of Hwy 7 and west to the RR 3270 as well as Hartwell RD west to the RM boundary.
Div 6 – Grid 657 from Hwy 7 north to township road 310 is now restricted to 10 tonne.
