Divisions 1 through 10 are primary weights with a primary weight permit WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITONS

  1. NO  DRILLING RIGS NO FRAC RIGS NO SERVICE RIGS !
  2. There is to be no mud from lease roads or low laying roads to be brought onto the grid roads!

DIVISION 10 EXCEPTION IS THE 302 WEST OF THE HARWELL IS STILL LIMTED TO 10 TON!
