Updated Bylaw Officer Contact Hours
Effective November 1, the bylaw phone will be monitored Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
After hours, you may contact the bylaw officer by email or text. Messages will be addressed on the next business day; in the order they are received.
If you have a bylaw request related to a weekend move, it must be submitted to the bylaw officer by 2:00 p.m. on Friday for approval. If changes are required for your weekend move, you must notify bylaw by email or text. These messages will be addressed on the next business day; in the order they are received. Voice messages or responses will not be accepted for activities requiring approvals. Failure to comply could result in penalty or other action.
