Notice of Road Closure

On Tuesday, June 14th from 7 AM to 5 PM the 657 south of Brock will be be closed for two miles.

Detour Route: Take the 290 East off HWY 30 for one mile, turn right at Dunn Farms, continue south for an estimated two miles, turn right again for one mile which will bring you back to the 657 to continue south. If you are travelling north use the reserve route.

Please follow detour signs.

Road Update – June 13th, 2022

Heavy Haul 10 Ton & Over:

All division are now open to primary weight with a permit.

Anyone caught destroying a road will be responsible for the cost of repairs to that road and could be subject to a fine of up to  twenty five thousand dollar ($25,000.00)

Road UPDATE – May 17th, 3:30 pm

Road Closure – Fairmount Grid  East on TWP 282, 1.5 miles West to RGE 3242 is closed to heavy haul except for local traffic.

Important Road Update March 25th, 2022

***ALL ANNUAL PRIMARY WEIGHT PERMITS ARE VOID AT THIS TIME***
***TRAVEL ON DRY/ FROZEN TRACK ONLY AT ALL TIMES***

EFFECTIVE:  Monday MARCH 21st @12:01 a.m.  BAN WEIGHTS ARE IN EFFECT on all roads within the RM of Kindersley No.290 including the heavy haul roads (clearing the path) **Brock North and South/ Flaxcombe South and Rosana road**

The restriction does not apply to:
•Emergency vehicles;
•Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure vehicles and municipal maintenance equipment when conducting maintenance or accessing sites on or along the restricted highway;
•SaskPower, SaskEnergy and SaskTel vehicles when accessing sites along the restricted route;
•Recreational vehicles;
•Buses;
•Farm Equipment operated or towed;
•Vehicles directly crossing Provincial Highway No. 8-06-40(Tantallon Access) at an intersecting public highway or private road.

ALL HEAVY HAUL TRAFFIC 10 TON AND OVER
ONLY SERVICES WORKING FOR BONDED COMPANIES ARE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL DURING ROAD BANS.

*The Bonded Companies should have the package required sent out to those needing them for movement*

March 17th, 2022 4:10pm ROAD UPDATE

All updates on this notice are currently in effect.  Please read the whole notice!

March 17th, 2022 4:00pm

This road will be opened as of midnight tonight.  Thank you for your patience while it was closed.

March 16th, 2022 3:50pm

Until further notice the 302 West of Dewar Lake Road in now closed.

All trucks must use the Range Road 3270 from the 302 to HWY 7.

**RM of Kindersley will be implementing secondary weights as of 12:01 am March 17, 2022.**

All Loads will be hauled on DRY OR FROZEN track only.

No mud is to be brought up on to the grid roads.

Road Update – March 12th, 5:55pm

All traffic 10 ton and Over:

**As of right now please haul loads from 10pm to 12noon daily until further notice. During this time you may haul at primary weight.

This restriction also applies to all snowplow operators.

As we all know the warmer weather is coming and this policy may change daily. Please keep checking the website on regular basis.  

No mud is to be brought onto the grids at anytime.
